The development of the solution enables the seamless provision of services, such as Personnel management, Organization hierarchy, Leave & absence, Benefit management, Employee performance-reviews-goals and Employee self-service to the company’s entire HR ecosystem, including Olympia Group and portfolio companies Westnet, Sunlight and Retail World (Public, Media Markt). The project, which went live in February 2021, provides the Group with all the essential tools to streamline HR processes and drive true business impact.
